Employee SMS Communications Program

Engineered Electrical Solutions LLC ("EES") operates an internal SMS text messaging program used exclusively to communicate with our employees and field personnel regarding work-related matters. This page describes the program, how employees opt in, and how EES protects employee information.

Who Receives Messages

This SMS program is strictly limited to current W-2 employees and 1099 field personnel of Engineered Electrical Solutions LLC. EES does not send SMS messages to customers, prospects, vendors, or the general public through this program. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

How Employees Opt In

Employees opt in to SMS communications by signing a written SMS Consent Acknowledgment Form during employment onboarding or at the time the program is offered. The signed form is retained in the employee's personnel file. The acknowledgment form discloses:

The types of messages the employee will receive
The approximate frequency of messages
That message and data rates may apply
Instructions for opting out (reply STOP) and requesting help (reply HELP)
That consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment

No employee is added to the messaging list without a signed acknowledgment on file. Opt-in does not occur through this website. There is no public sign-up form.

Types of Messages Sent

Job dispatch and assignment notifications
Schedule changes and shift updates
Job site location, address, and access information
Safety alerts and weather-related work notifications
Company-wide operational announcements
Time-sensitive coordination between office staff and field crews

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on work volume and the employee's role. A typical employee may receive between 2 and 15 messages per week. Frequency may be higher during active project mobilization, emergency service calls, or severe weather events.

Opting Out

Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Replying HELP will return assistance information and the EES office contact number. Opting out of SMS does not affect employment status; employees who opt out will continue to receive operational communications by phone call or email.

Privacy Statement
Phone numbers collected for the EES Employee SMS Communications Program are used solely for internal business communication with the employee. EES does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose employee phone numbers or messaging information to any third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. Information collected through this program is treated as confidential personnel information and handled in accordance with EES's internal data handling practices.
